The Vice-Dean’s responsibilities include:
- Internationalisation of the faculty
- Initiating and coordinating the faculty’s outreach strategy
- Coordinating external stakeholder councils operating within the faculty
- Overseeing grant acquisition
- Supervising the faculty’s research evaluation
- Initiating and supervising the faculty’s promotional campaigns
- Identifying, analysing, and assessing risks that might affect the faculty
- Any other work assigned by the dean

The Vice-Dean’s responsibilities include:
- Deciding on student matters pertaining to the terms and conditions of study at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń
- Considering other individual matters concerning students of the Faculty
- Overseeing student research groups, the Faculty Student Government Council, and the Faculty Scholarship Committee
- Overseeing the Faculty’s internal education quality system
- Coordinating and supervising the faculty’s curriculum and educational program
- Coordinating accreditation for courses offered at the Faculty
- Any other work assigned by the dean
